Diadem has a unique return policy that applies ONLY to our pickleball paddle category. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

If your paddle is completely new and unused, in its original packaging and condition, you will receive a full refund. If the paddle has been used and is not in its new condition, you are still eligible to return the paddle within 30 days for a refund but will be charged a $20 restocking fee. This restocking fee allows players a low-risk opportunity to try any of our paddles for only the cost of the $20 restocking fee.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
