1. As you shop through HockeyMonkey, keep your eyes on the in-store availability section of each product you add to your shopping cart. The in-store availability section is immediately below the shopping cart on each product page. To view the in-store availability for any product, you need to select the product options (size, color, etc.).

In-Store Pick-Up

2. When you’ve finished shopping, select ‘In-Store Pick-Up’ as your shipping method during checkout, then select your nearby store, and complete your purchase.

Confirmation Email

3. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email message indicating your order is ready to be picked up. Make sure you have your photo ID, payment method and a copy of your Ready for Pick-Up message (either digital or printed) before you leave for the store.

Go to the Front Counter

4. When you arrive at the store, go to the front counter, and present your Ready for Pick-Up email confirmation message to store associate. The store associate will ask for your photo ID and payment method to complete your transaction.

Important: Every item in your shopping cart must be available at your desired MonkeySports store to select ‘In-Store Pick-Up’. If you don’t see ‘In-Store Pick-Up’ listed as a shipping method on the shopping cart, one of the items in your cart isn’t available at your desired MonkeySports store. You may either remove the item from the cart to proceed with In-Store Pick-Up, or have the order shipped to your home instead.

To purchase online and pick up in-store (BOPIS), follow these simple steps: Start by visiting our website, browse and select your desired items, and add them to your cart. During the checkout process for shipping methods, choose the "Pickup In-Store" option. Provide your contact information and select your preferred store location for pickup. Complete the payment transaction online. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email or text, typically within a few hours to a day. Head to the designated pickup area in the chosen store, show your order confirmation or a valid ID, and collect your items from the store staff. 

How much does it cost to pick up in-store?

BOPIS eliminates the need for shipping and delivery costs. There is no extra cost for picking up your purchase in-store. 

How will I be notified my order is ready to pick up?

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email message indicating your order is ready to be picked up. Make sure you have your photo ID, payment method, and a copy of your Ready for Pick-Up message (either digital or printed) before you leave for the store.
